Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In their original packaging

  • Suitable for resale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo and description, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
